I am using office 2003. I had to re image my C; Drive

Before I did I exported my Outlook personal folder to a file I named
“Outlook-Oct-25.08backup.pst” on a different drive. I am trying to import
this back up file “Outlook-Oct-25.08backup.pst” . Here is process I followed:

Import Other program files
Personal folder (.pst)
Allow Duplicates
Select the exiting personal folder
Import items into the current folder
NOTE: Include sub folders is active.
When I click finish, NOTHING HAPPINES.

I also tried creating a new personal folder and importint .pst into it and
Nothing happiness as well
I tried import into The Same Folder. And Nothing happiness as well

Please help me.
