Have you exhausted all other forms of troubleshooting? Like disabling addins
and testing a new profile?

Hello!

I have a client with Outlook 2003 that seems to hang randomly. I have an
analyze "OUTLOOK.EXE.mdmp" and an analyze "OUTLOOK.EXE.hdmp" file, but
could not find any tools to debug the dump files.

I know how to do it with XP memory dumps, but not with Outlook.

Anyone know how and willing to share?
