without knowing which post you are referring to, we don't know what is too
hard for your coworkers. No, there is no magic button to insert the
calendar. If you use Outlook 2007, you can send an embedded calendar in the
message body by right clicking on the calendar and choosing the option to
send by email.

confusing. A PDF is better and easier to read.
