My business problem is that I receive emails for service requests. I would
like to be able to assign a Service Request ID and Brief Description to these
emails AND track their completion. so...
I need some fields with some functionality
Service Request ID: be able to tag a message or recognize a message belongs
to a certain request conversation
Brief Description: Short description of what the request revolves around
Task Completion: boolean yes/no
I understand that I can add custom fields, I can edit them in the view (if
desired) What I want to do is be able to tag a message (or even auto tag) a
message as it comes in to an active request.
Has anyone done this or have any pointers?
