Default O2003+SBS: Automatic formatting in views of public folders

Thanks very much for the fast reply!

But this is something I've already tried, and the named view is only visible
for the different users on the computer where the view was actually created
and not over the entire network.

Another thing is that, if you choose a view to be 'on this folder visible to
everyone' it's the ONLY folder where it's visible. In my case, I have a few
hundered folders who all should have the same custom view, formatted by
category, so it's far too much work to define the same view hunderds of times
and this on all the workstations.

Since automatic formatting is part of a view's settings, creating a new named view "on this folder visible to everyone" should do the trick.

I'd like to use automatic formatting (by categories) in the views of a public
folder and all of his subfolders. But only by setting up the formatting rules
ONCE.
Also the other clients on the network should view these public folders
automaticly with the same formatting.

Is it possible to do this? (shared categories and formatting rules or
something?)

Thanks in advance for the reply
