Are they any good resolutions or third-party products I can convert
Outlook Forms to OWA one associated with Public Folder?

Recently I created a customized Outlook form in Public Folder but it
doesn't look the same at OWA. OWA seems using default post form. If you
have any experience or comments on this, it would be appreiciated very
much.
