Outlook Banter - View Single Post - Changing the Sensitivity default from Normal to Confidential for Outlook Appointments

I have run across an installation of Outlook that the Sensitivity of a
new appointment automatically defaults to Confidential. I would like
to change this default back to Normal but see no options to do so
within Outlook (nor do I know how they changed it from Normal to
default to Confidential in the first place).

Outlook version is 2002. Installed Com Add-ins include Franklin Covey
PlanPlus Governer and Outlook Backup Addin.
