Default Some Emails Display As All Links

Two questions:
- are the items in your Junk E-mail folder?
- have you installed Office/Outlook 2003 SP2?

If so, that's standard behavior. You can either click on the InfoBar to view
the mail as HTML or move it to another folder to view it as HTML
