There have been some reports that by unchecking the "Leave on server" option
once, downloading everything, then reenabling the option, that it can start
working again. Sometimes a new mail profile can repair the issue as well.
However, Microsoft has acknowledged that the problem does still exist.

"Why don't they borrow the UIDL code from Outlook Express?" is my question.
