I was able to paste the link for Scanpst.exe which was

i asked it to scan for the pst. it could not locate. i typed in disk

locate that. Help

Try c:\users\yourname\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\ outlook.pst. You can
also use the Mail applet in Control Panel to see the complete path for the
PST. Enable viewing of hidden files and folders is you wish to browse to
it.
