I have additional PST files set up for archiving/saving old mail. Ex. I set
up a pst file for 1st half 08. When 1st half 08 is complete I highlight the
entire folder structure and drag into the new folder associated with the new
PST for 1st half 08.

Yes, they are both named Calendar. They are in different locations the
main
calendar, meaning the one I use daily is in the main Inbox structure. It

located along the Inbox, Drafts, Deleted Items. The other or 2nd calendar
shows up in the personal folders section. It is this 2nd calendar that

my bosses meeting requests show up in. And since this 2nd calendar showed

I cannot update free busy time of my boss. I use Outlook daily but by no
means am I a pro. I am on an exchange server. So my standard inbox
drafts
deleted items and calendar are where everything goes until I move into the
personal files down below. The 2nd calendar is in this lower personal
folder
area.
