Default Thunderbird Exporting

I have been forwarned a client is using the thunderbird email client. Does
anyone have experience exporting mail from this client into a pst format to
import into exchange server 2003?

If you have imap enabled on your exchange server, have them add a 2nd
account in TB.

Using TB, move all of the messages & folders from "Local Folders" to the
new imap account.

Done w/ messages.

Now for the addressbook (not nearly as nice/clean).
TB's addressbook can be exported as a LDIF or CSV file. My guess is
that if Outlook can import LDIF files, then that would be the better
choice. Note that the fields may or may not "line up" nicely.
