Hi Paul,
I found this site:
"Announcing Public Availability of NoHTML for Outlook 2000/2002"
http://www.derkeiler.com/Mailing-Lis...1-12/0000.html
Maybe it helps.

Hi,
Is there a registry key for disabling html in outllook 2000 so that all
emails are viewed as plain text?
Many Thanks
paul.
Thanks Oliver,
In outlook 2002 there is a registry key which disable's the html and
allows
all emails to be viewed as plain text regardless of the format in which
they where sent.
Just wondering if there was a similar registry key available for outlook
2000?
Many Thanks
Paul.
