Import what? I have to have something to import. The instructions from
Microsoft said I had to save the data in a pab file. (I corrected my earlier
post to say that I used the wizard in Tools, Options to create the file, not
File, Export....)

Why did you not just import in OE? You did LOOK at the OE import function?
There's NO NEED at all to export from Outlook and then import that file in
OE. That's why you lost data.
