When I right click the image I get a dialog box with the choice of 'copy'
the image. The copied image cannot be pasted into the My Pictures folder.
The image that appears in the My Pictures folder calls the 'paste' a
Scrap. It cannot be opened as a picture.

Before when I right clicked the image a dialog box came up that allowed me
to Save As. Then a dialog box came up that allowed me to save the picture
in a folder in My Pictures.

The image appears to be embedded. Try pasting into your favorite
image-handling software, like IrfanView or Picture Maker and then saving
from there.
