After furious head scratching, StuartA asked:

| I was working in my contact folder and accidentally deleted all of my

| List. The deleted contacts do ont show up in the dleted items
| folder. I used a tip I got from Office Online to edit my registry to

| items were not there. I am sick. I just spent a month updated my
| contact list and managed to deleted 3/4's of the entries. I use
