I have tried copy email accounts and renamed new one
and deselected F9 what ever.

I have also tried 10 minutes and 15 minutes.
This is all crazy because i just installed windows and outlook about a month
ago.

Now I am having problems installing security updates for Outlook.

Yes I have Avast but there is no difference when I have Avast disabled.

Tried disable scheduled events
Tried setting interval to 5 and higher

Nothing works. I have to press F9 each time to check mail. This is
ridiculous.

Is there anything else i can try?
I'm afraid I will miss mail from clients in a timely manner.
