change default pst file outlook 2000
i checked-outlook exe is still running. should i stop it?? once i stop it
should i then go to change the location for email??
however if i understand your directions correctly, the way i change the pst
file is with outlook open (i have the folder list view on and then i click on
the file i am trying to change, going to properties etc). is there another
way to do so without having outlook open?
thanks

i am using outlook in internet mail only. when i click on the pst file that
outlook is using as default i cannot uncheck that box (it is greyed out).
when i try clicking to check the box on the pst file i want nothing
happens
(i check it, exit outlook and when i restart it the box is unchecked).
When you close Outlook, make sure it is actually closing. Use Task
Manager's Processes tab to see if there are no more "OUTLOOK.EXE" processes.
Let us know the result.
