I've looked through some previous forums trying to find the exact answer I
need, but keep seeing it with other versions of Outlook so that the commands
to correct the problem are out of sync.

Using Outlook 2003, the contacts are available from the main screen. I have
already accessed the properties of the contact list and requested it be shown
as an address book, but am being told that the file has "been
moved/deleted/no permission". Email is a vital part of our business and
we're in a bit of a jam until we get this fixed - any suggestions?
