Viewing messages

I have just got Outlook 2007 after many years of 2003 and I have a couple
of
configuration questions that I just cannot seem to find the answer to: (I
know these are simple problems, I jus cannot figure it out)
1. Some messages are not coming into the viewing pane in the fonts they
should be using. I publish a newsletter which looks great when I view it
in
IE but all the fonts are gone (and all the css) when I look at it in
Outlook
2007. Where is the switch to make 2007 use the fonts specified in the
document?
Prior versions of Outlook use IE as the rendering engine for HTML messages.
With Outlook 2007, Microsoft decided to use Word as the rendering engine.
which does not render HTML in the same way. Moreover much of the CSS will
be ignored. You'll need to change your newsletter to allow for the changes
in rendering engine. See this:

Also, see the section entitled "Why is Outlook 2007 using Word 2007 to
display HTML?" in this:

This tool may be of some use:

2. In looking for this setting above I have done something in one of my
email folders such that it is no longer displaying unread messages as
bold.
Where is the setting to change the font for unread messages.
If you right-click a message, do you see "Mark as Read" or "Mark as Unread"?
Can you click ToolsOrganizeUsing ColorsAutomatic Formatting? (I'm not at
my Outlook 2007 PC right now.) If you can, select the "Unread messages"
rule. Is the specified font bold?
