Default outlook express errors

Thanks Bruce, but if I do turn off email scanning will that make me vulnerable
to a virus or trojan?

This looks to be an issue with F-Secure. Is that your anti-virus program?

My first guess is that you have e-mail scanning enabled. You must turn it
off, and if you still have the problem, uninstall F-Secure and reinstall in
custom mode. You should see an option to not use e-mail scanning during the
installation. Make sure you opt out of e-mail scanning.

If doing the above still does not resolve it, did this start just after
installing SP3? Let us know.

You would need to be more specific that "this or that".
