When creating a new Message in Outlook 2003 and clicking on "To" all the
field are blank.
It doesn't show any Folders or contacts in the "Show Names from" drop down
box.
RIght-click Contacts, choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab
and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book".
If I go to the Contacts area and select a contact I can send them a
message no problem.
I am using the older style of .PST file if that has any bearing.
It doesn't, but it would be a good idea to convert your PST to Unicode. See
