Brian, I never got notification of your response so I do apologize for not
responding. I followed your suggestion and, after I closed and re-opened
Outlook, I tried to send a new e-mail. When I opened my address book it was
still showing the names with the first name then last name format. Any
additional ideas?

Click the Add button, choose Additional Address Books, click Next, select
Outlook Address Book, click Next, then Finish. Stop and restart Outlook.
