After furious head scratching, mboucher asked:

| We have a user (user 1) who has a shared calendar with another user
| (user 2) and also access to the user 2's inbox etc, and whenever user
| 1 sends a meeting request, the responses go to both users, even when
| user 2 is not part of the meeting.

| Any ideas how to stop them getting sent to user 2 as well?
