I am struggling to understand why after 2 years the Free/Busy Schedule has
decided to work?? It has tradtionally worked with the default setting of 2
months, for the whole year, it now only shows 2 months.

Okay this is one irritant, i think I can deal with that! I would like to
understand why now??

The second irritant is why does it not do the same for all people! There are
some users that their free/busy schedule shows for the whole year. I have
checked the default time and it is the same default of 2 months.

It is easy enough to change, I really just want to understand why???
