Default calendar requests

Thank you . I understand that but if you get 100 email and you don't bother
doing anything with that email it stays in your calendar. Should it not do
anything to your calendar until you either accept or reject it?

You'll find it is added as a "Tentative" Meeting ... This enables you to
avoid double booking if you drive you day out of your Calendar rather than
inbox. If you accept the Invite, it will change the Show Time as "Busy".
If
you decline it will be removed from your Calendar.
