you can remove the click here row - you need to customize the view - it’s
in the other settings button, new item row near the top of the dialog.
You'll also want to disable in-cell editing.

Is it possible to change the layout of the Contacts view? I know how to
add
and remove fields from the view, that's not the issue. The problem is
with
"general" fields of "Click Here To Add A New Contact" and "Search
Contacts".
Right now, if I click on the Contact view and type a name, it will assume
I'm
adding a new name. I'd like the "Search Contacts" field to be the primary
active field so that when I click on the Contacts view and start typing,
it
will be filling in letters into the "Search Contacts" field. If I could
remove the "Click Here To Add A New Contact" field from the view all
together. Can I somehow move the "Search Contacts" folder from its
current
location on the right hand side to be on the left?
Thanks for your help.
