When trying to setup outlook to point to an Exchange server. I click on
exchange over the internet and click on Exhange proxy settings and then I go
to change the Proxy authentication settings to Basic Authentication and I get
the following error message.

An exception occurred while trying to run "c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll,

I have ran sfc and that still did not fix the problem.
