How do I make OE secondary email
Thank you so much for your help. It all seems to be doing what I was hoping
for.
Again, thanks.

Two ways. Doing both won't hurt.
1: Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | General. Uncheck: "Include this
account......".
2: Create a message rule.
Tools | Message Rules | Mail | New.
For all messages.
Do not download from the server.

Right now, if I login to OE it pulls all of the emails from Comcast and I
want to stop that function. I want to maintain usability of OE if needed
but
I want the incoming mail to stay at Comcast.

Outlook Express is not an e-mail server, but an e-mail client. You will
still be sending mail through Comcast, your e-mail server.
Do you need to know how to set up OE? Or how to make Comcast Webmail the
default?
How do I set up/configure Outlook Express for Comcast email?
