Default Calendar Sharing

Normally, you would set up outlook to use the mailbox on the server as the
default message store but you can set up the exchange server account to use
a personal folders (pst) as the default delivery location. if you use a pst
you can't share your calendar. to see what you are using, go to File, Data
file management - does your exchange acct use a file called outlook.ost or
one ending in pst?

Thanks, Diane. But I'm not quite certain what you mean. Could you be a
bit
clearer? Thanks!

to
use the mailbox.

Why does the "Open A Shared Calendar"option not appear in my Navigation
pane?
Other options are there, but not that one. I am using Office 2007 and
Exchange Server.
