Default Deleted Contact

In Summary, I deleted the e-mail address within Outlook' Adress Book, deleted
it from the TO in the New message, and dleted it from the Contact Folder. I
therefore thought I completely deleted the E-Mail\Contact. When I went to
ADD it back, using Outlook's Address Book, ADD a New Contact, I got the
message it already existed. This just makes no sense to me.

The proper way to Delete or ADD Conatcts...is using the Contact Folder? I
just Added a new Contact using the ADD CONTACT in the Contact Folder. It is
in the Folder but it is Not in the Outlook Address Book.

Right or wrong, what I did was open Outlook, click on the Address Book
Icon,
scrolled down to the address I wanted to delete, right clicked on it, the
menu
that opened displayed Delete...I clicked it and the address was deleted.

All you did was delete the E-mail field from the contact record. You did
not remove the contact itself. When you try to re-add it the way you
describe, Outlook is telling you the contact alreday exists, which it does.
Open the Contacts folder, find the contact, then add the new address there.
