OK...so now I am told don't use the Outlook Address Book to add or delete
entries ....use the Contacts Folder. Now I find out that the Contacts Folder
I am using and thought was the correct Contact Folder to ADD or delete
Outlook entries is the Windows Contacts List.... So what Contact
Folder...where is it (path) am I to use to add and delete Outlook
contact\addresses?

That's NOT your Outlook contacts - that's where WINDOWS contacts are.
