can access via webmail while on the road).
Everytime I close Outlook and re-launch it re-downloads all the emails
still on the server.
How do I change settings so it only downloads each message once and never

Alias is flat-out wrong. When you see the problem you describe, it's an
issue with Outlook not remembering which messages it has downloaded.
Several things can cause this, one of which is a problem in the mail
profile. You can usually fix this problem with a new mail profile. Also,
