What *failed to print* error? This may be irrelevant, but it won't hurt to
try.
Go to Start | Run and copy/ paste:
regsvr32 ole32.dll
Click OK. See if that helps.

No errors when I try to print from either IE or OE - just nothing happens.
Open the print queue and there is nothing there.
New Info, Bruce. While I previously had non-IE/OE printing happening, now
that has stopped working, too (just after my last post). I now see
non-IE/OE documents in ques and the "failed to print" error.

I have applied all of the relevant fixes posted by Vincenzo on this
subject. Some did not apply: the PC is XP SP2 / IE-OE 6.x. I have
cleaned this PC and it is staying clean. I have reapplied XP SP2, I have
deleted and reinstalled printers. This issue is not profile specific. PC
prints OK from Office or notepad, just not IE or OE. Even trying to look
at print properties in IE will hang the app. requiring killing the app.
Trying hard to avoid rebuilding this PC. Any more ideas, anyone?

been killed? Ant idea on how to fix this?
