Why don't you try ranting in the Chinese discussion groups and find out? I
am sure you can find an online translator, if you don't already know
Mandarin.

list -- whereas OE does not.

So, that's something that someone on the WLM team should get credit for.

Perhaps it's true for Chinese and Korean as well.
