Default Diary shouldn't use the term GMT during BST - meetings missed

Outlook diary always refers to the UK timezone as GMT even though for half of
the year it is GMT+1. Causes great confusion with international (and local)
meetings. Either refer to is as UK time throughout the year or make it GMT in
the winter and BST in the summer.
