best way to move OL data from Win98 to WinXP

I've got an issue and question. I copied the 'Outlook.pst' file from
the Win98 location to the WinXP location after the upgrade. When I
open Outlook everything appears to be there (a good thing), but when
I try to send an email and use the address / contact book I get an
error message:
The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have
been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For
information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address
Book, see Microsoft Outlook Help.
How can I fix this problem?
ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing directories or address
booksNext. Select Outlook Address Book, click Change, and remove the
incorrect reference.
This often occurs when you copy a PST over the top of an existing PST.
