Default Organizer meetings on public calendar does not auto accept

Organizers don't need to accept. You can copy it to your calendar, either
before sending it or when you reopen it.

One more note i failed to mention - all other invitees are able to accept
and
it DOES update their personal calendar. As the organizer - the "ACCEPT"
option is grayed out.

I have upgraded from outlook 2003 to 2007 and am on Exchange Server. In
the
past, as an meeting organizer on the Public Calendar, I would
automatically
be able to auto accept the invite and it would update my personal
calendar.

I cannot figure how to have my personal calendar auto update with the
scheduled meeting when I receive the email invite with Outlook 2007.

Thanks for any help
