Note that simply reading the context of the PR_RTF_COMPRESSED property won't
help you much since the RTF stream is compressed.
On the MAPI level, that means that you need to use the
WrapCompressedRTFStream() MAPI function.
Redemption exposes the RTF body through the Safe*Item.RtfBody and
RDOMail.RtfBody properties.
