Note that this may not help - outlook may still autoprocess the meeting as
tentative and put it on the calendar. I haven't tested it with imap, but
moving messages on exchange still adds the tentative appointment to the
calendar.

You could also use a rule to move all incoming appointment or meeting
requests to a separate folder and them accept only those events you wish
to appear in the To Do.
