Default Calendar item with "No Response Needed"

You sent me in the right direction. You can only do this once a user is
entered, then you can click responses drop down then uncheck request response.

I have seen Calendar items come through with "No Response Needed". I am
running Outlook 2007. I an effort to cut down on email that is archived
for
my company. How can a schedule a meeting and set "No Response Needed"?
The
return emails, that the appointment has been accepted are sometime, just
anoying when scheduling a lot of meetings.

I'm not at my OL 2007 system right now, but on the Actions chunk there
should be a "Request Responses" option you can turn off.
