Default How do I delete "Email 2, Email 3" entries?

Either Vince's suggestion (with in-cell editing enabled) or export to excel
and delete the column, then import. However, unless you identify the cause
and stop doing it, you'll need to repeat the process.

I am using two tools to synchronise my mobile phone with Outlook 2003
(GooSync, Son Eriksson PC Suite) on several computers (maybe not a great
idea). Unfortunately a number of duplicate email addresses have appeared
in each entry - presumably to problems with the sync software - eg.

Full Name: John Smith

Email 2:

Email 3:

Is there any simple way of deleting these? I have about 300 contacts in
my list so it would still be possible to do it manually. Is there a way
of simply getting rid of the Email 2 and Email 3 fields for all contacs?
