After furious head scratching, Loretta asked:

| Windows XP with sp3. Outlook 2003, no updates. It was working fine
| untill 3 weeks ago. Installed CyerDefender 3 months ago. Now have it
| uninstalled. It still does not save the password.
| I did not find any viruses with Xoftspy.
