disabling/removing Business Contact Manager

Needless to say, as BCM depends on
SQL, I will never use BCM. Is there some way to remove or disable it so that
I don't have to respond "NO, damn it!" every time I open Outlook?
Add/Remove Programs should allow you to uninstall it, since it's a separately
installed add-in.
