Every time you add an option to a mature program, you run the risk of a
regression error. For the small percentage of people who are working
remotely, making this kind of addition make no economic sense for Microsoft
and their limited R&D funds. The time is better spent on fixing long
standing bugs than adding features that few people will use.

What these MVP's don't understand is that some meetings are setup with a
telecon/Webex option, and some are not. When working remotely, you want to
be "free" for the ones which have the telecon/Webex option, but not
available
for those that require physically attending the meeting.
This should DEFINITELY be an added functionality!!
