I am sorry for the trouble. I now understand. Under the
"Delivery new e-mail to the following location" drop-down, I see it as set
to “personal folders.” Next to it there is a button entitled "New Outlook
Data File."

The way I originally figured out that its 2003 is by going into "Help",
"About Microsoft Outlook"

Tell me exactly what you see then you click what I said. Where does what you
see differ from what I described?
