Its a hidden temp file, in which the files may no longer exist, and in any
case are not stored in an identifiable name.
You can use third party tools which strip any attachments from a msg, whilst
maintaining a link in the msg, and store them in eg your Documents folder
(they can be reattached to the msg if you want to undo)
