The Security Zones section on ToolsOptionsSecurity.
The implications are that you could receive an HTML message containing
malicious ActiveX and allow it to run.

Restricted zone (assuming that that solves the problem)? What other
problems might then result?


The implications are the same. I've had some luck adding the string
"about:internet" to my Restricted zone.
