Default Make Outlook 2003 automatically start at reboot

I need to know if there is a way that Outlook 2003 does not open up on
startup. I want/need Outlook 2003 to be like all my other programs that
start
up automatically at reboot, but they do not open, but are active, they
stay
in the notification tray.

Thank you,

Angel

Right-click the shortcut you created; On the Shortcut tab locate the
drop-down box about halfway down the says "Run:" and change it to
"Minimized"

This may cause a taskbar button to appear. If you want to get rid of this,
right-click the Outlook tray icon and select "Hide when Minimized". You'll
only need to do this the first time: it should remember your choice after
that. Note this last bit only works with XP or Vista.
