Default Installing Translator for Import

Maybe I need to explain. I wanted to export my Outlook from my office and
Import it at home. I have the export done to CSV (Windows). When I went to
Import it form CSV (Windows), Outlook said it mneeded to use the translator
which was not installed. I clicked yes to install. It went through the
process and got to a point it was looking for a file thast wasn't on the
computer. It asked for me to put in the disk, I did. It looked on the drive
with the disk but could not seem to find the file it needed. I guess my real
question is what is the file it needs, and in what directory can it be found
in (on the disk) so I can direct it to the file on installation.

Thanks for you patience.

What file or translator could this be? Could it be a ADOBE READER for
pdf file attachments?

You need to know which file you need to open so that we can help you
effectively.

I said OK. It started, then asked for the disk. I put the disk in the
drive, but it can't seem to find the file it needs. Any idea how to
accomplish this?
